Mountain Soul Vocal Competition: May 20

Sevierville is Dolly Parton’s hometown and we honor her songwriting each year with the Mountain Soul Vocal Competition. During the event, thirty finalists from across the nation sing songs written by Dolly Parton (there are more than 3,000) during one of the most unique vocal competitions around. The event begins at 11:30am on the Back Porch Stage and usually lasts until 1:30pm. Winning competitors in each age division win cash and prizes.
